Any content that violates our terms, any law or anybody's copyright or other intellectual rights may be removed immediately without prior warning and the uploader of such content might be banned forever from using the site (NCORECC.NET) or may even be reported to authorities.

Definitions:

'NCORECC.NET' means the image hosting service that is provided at the internet address: ncorecc.net

Aperture Science, Inc. (collectively, "we", "us", "our") means the operators of the NCORECC.NET image hosting service, or the service itself.

'Content' means, unless noted otherwise, user-uploaded materials, such as images uploaded by users, comments written by users and personal accounts created by users, even avatars (icons) uploaded by users for their personal account.

Types of users:

There are three different types of users on the Site (NCORECC.NET). The kind of information we collect about you depends on the way you use the Site ('NCORECC.NET), as described below:

• Visitor: If you visit the site, access/download images, but you do not upload content, you are considered a Visitor. We do not collect or store any information about you if you are a Visitor.
• Uploader: You are considered an Uploader if you upload or have ever uploaded any images or other content to the Site (NCORECC.NET). If you have ever uploaded at least one of these, you are considered an Uploader.
  - You do not necessarily need to be registered to be considered an Uploader, because it is possible to upload and share content on the site without registration and we need to know who uploads the files.
  - When uploading images, we may collect and record your IP address, along with the time stamp of the upload. (date and time)
• Registered User: You are considered a Registered User (REG), if you used the Sign up feature to create a personal account. By creating a personal account, you allow us to collect additional information about you, on top of the information we would collect from you as if you were an Uploader. See the Data usage section below for more information.

Data usage

If You are either an Uploader or a Registered User (REG), then the Site (NCORECC.NET) will collect certain information about You , including some that may personally identify you. As stated on the front page, by starting to upload images and/or by creating a personal account using the sign up function, you explicitly allow us to collect and keep such information.

The kind of data NCORECC.NET stores about Uploaders (collected for each and every image uploaded, at all times)

• IP address of the uploader
• Time stamp of the upload (date and time)
• File name and extension of the image (jpg, png, etc.)
• Size of the image

The kind of data NCORECC.NET might store about its Registered Users, in addition to the above:

• Your user account handle: username and password in a hashed form
• Your email address
• The time you registered and the time you last logged in
• Your IP address (Alongside your current IP address, this might also include any other IP addresses you have used in the past)
• All images you have uploaded to the site.

NCORECC.NET manages your information in a confidential manner and will not share it with anybody, unless we are asked to do so by authorities.

What kind of content can be uploaded to NCORECC.NET servers:

• Images or drawings or comments or other content you personally created and thus hold all intellectual and copyright rights for it and you willingly share it, accepting our terms
• Images or drawings or comments or other content you did not personally created but you are either authorized by the owner to distribute and/or hold all the necessary permissions or rights to distribute, accepting our terms 

What kind of content cannot be uploaded to NCORECC.NET servers:

• Content that promotes violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization, including defamation
• Content used to promote, spam, or send unsolicited marketing messages
• Copyrighted images for which you don not own the copyright for it
• Any other images that might be considered illegal in USA or in any EU countries

Intellectual Property

By uploading a file or any other content to the site, you guarantee that

• you have every intellectual property rights needed to upload that material and this act does not violate or infringe anyone's rights; AND
• You grant NCORECC.NET a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted license, valid worldwide (with additional sublicense and assignment rights) to use, to display online and in any present or future media, to create derivative works of, to allow downloads of, and/or distribute any such file or content.

As a Registered User you may choose to delete images you have uploaded with your account. Such an act will permamently terminate the license you granted to NCORECC.NET regarding to the given image file or content, but the license will not be revoked with respect to any file or content NCORECC.NET has already copied and sublicensed or designated for sublicense, including content that other users might have copied and reuploaded. That content, even if a replica of yours, may remain on the site and you accept that you do not have the option to request them to be deleted unless there is a legal reason for that, in which case you may submit a takedown request.

Anything you post to a public portion of our site may be used by the public pursuant to the following paragraph even after you delete it.

USE OF NCORECC.NET CONTENT

By downloading an image from NCORECC.NET, you agree that you do not claim any rights to it. Conditions apply:

You may use downloaded images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use them for commercial purposes unless you have direct approval and permission for that. Your use of content downloaded from NCORECC.NET is at your own risk, as per the uploader's waiver, we are not responsible for you downloading and using such content.

NCORECC.NET MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, and you will indemnify and hold NCORECC.NET harmless from any copyright infringement claims resulting from your use of the downloaded content.

You may not copy or use any portions of our site that are not user-uploaded downloadable image files.

NOTICES OF CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (OR OTHER TYPES OF INFRINGEMENT)

If you see anything on our site that you believe infringes your copyright rights, you may notify our Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") agent by sending the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
• IMPORTANT: please include your copyright registration number.
• If your work is not yet registered, please include a copy of the application to register the work that you filed with the Copyright Office.
• A copyright infringement claim based on a U.S. work can only be filed if the work has been registered (http://www.copyright.gov/eco).
• Identification of the material on our servers that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the URL or other information to enable us to locate the material.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by you as copyright owner, or by your agent, or by law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the exclusive copyright right that is allegedly being infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature, or of someone authorized to act on your behalf.
• Instructions on how we may contact you: preferably email, but also address and phone.

Because a high percentage of DMCA takedown notices are not valid, NCORECC.NET may ignore DMCA notifications based on unregistered works.
